My wife and I both grew up semi-locally in a small West Texas town. We got married young, and since then we’ve built a life together that we’re proud of. Today, our two young boys keep us on our toes and are at the center of everything we do.

My path here has been anything but straight. I studied Marine Biology, led a research project in New Zealand, and spent a year living on the Big Island of Hawaii during an internship. Eventually, I found myself in the corporate world, where I spent eight years learning a great deal about business and technology. But over time, I realized something was missing — the human aspect. The corporate world felt cold. While I excelled at my work, I never found the satisfaction I was looking for. It took me a while to understand why: I’ve always believed that work should be about connection, trust, and helping people.

Starting this company has been a dream of mine for years. When I was unexpectedly laid off, I took it as a sign — it was time to finally take the leap and build something that reflects who I am and what I value.

Our goal is simple:
